· Designed and managed the Certificate in e-Learning: Design and Facilitate Learning Online program for University of Calgary Continuing Education. This program is just a year old but it is growing quickly. · Supported the migration of the Certificate in Adult Learning program to online delivery and managed the program for a year. · Managed two annual major online conferences and a monthly showcase website for University of Calgary Continuing Education about sharing best practices in e-learning. The showcase site has a monthly newsletter that is e-mailed out to over 2000 subscribers from around the world. · Providing e-learning support to the online programs in for University of Calgary Continuing Education. |

Distance Learning Network Designer and Manager |
· Planned and implemented an Internet based instructional support and learner support system using WebCT, which currently spans Southern Alberta ranging from Red Deer to Lethbridge. This system currently support over 1800 student accounts in 12 communities. Programs supported include academic upgrading, English as a second language, and Licensed Practical Nursing. I am currently the administrator of this system and provide training and support to the instructors using it. · Planned and implemented audiographic teleconferencing in the Northern Lakes College system that now supports approximately 650 learners a year. Programs delivered include a core high school program, several university credit and career training courses. This network includes 31 audiographic teleconferencing units in 21 communities spread out over an area of over 60,000 square kilometers. I am currently involved in the management of the network and professional development of the instructors and learning support staff involved. |
